Who can do this: All company account admins.
Steps
Go to user.arcsite.com/admin/usage_report and log in with your admin credentials.
Review the table. Each row is one team member.
Reading the Report
Column | What it shows |
Last Login | The last time that user signed in |
Total Projects | All projects created by that user, ever |
Projects Created | Projects created in the last two full months and the current month |
Drawing Updated | Drawings updated in the last two full months and the current month |
The ▲ and ▼ arrows show month-over-month change compared to the previous period.
Note: A drawing must be uploaded to Cloud before it counts toward Drawing Updated.
Tips
If you don't see the usage report, confirm you're logged in as an admin. Standard users don't have access to this screen.
The URL changed in 2025. If you bookmarked
