1. Logging Off the User Explicitly:
- Obtain device from the user 
- Log off user from device 
2. Resetting Password:
- Company Admin logs in here: https://user.arcsite.com/ 
- Click on Settings --> Account 
- Find user within the list, under Actions, click Reset Password 
- Reset Password 
- If the user still has access to the email used in ArcSite, reach out to ArcSite to have any "Reset Password via email" attempts be re-routed to a different email. 
3. Removing Access to Projects:
- While still in the User Site, navigate to the Projects tab. 
- Once there, find Projects that were shared with user, and remove their access. 
- Click Share and then remove user from that list. 
4. Uploading All Drawings:
- Log back into old user's device 
- Once saved to the cloud, reach out to ArcSite if you wish to share that work with a different user within the account. 
5. Removing the Account:
- After all of the above steps are completed, navigate back to the user site. 
- Under Settings and User list, click Actions, then Remove.
