This article covers everything related to your ArcSite subscription when you signed up or are paying through the Apple App Store — including how to confirm your subscription status, what happens at the end of your trial, how to cancel, and how to request a refund.
How Apple App Store Subscriptions Work
ArcSite is available on the Apple App Store. When you subscribe through Apple, all billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed entirely by Apple — not by ArcSite. This means:
ArcSite cannot view, modify, or cancel your Apple subscription on your behalf.
ArcSite cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Any billing questions must be resolved directly with Apple.
Am I Subscribed Through Apple?
If you're not sure whether you subscribed through the Apple App Store, ArcSite directly, or Google Play, check here first.
💡 Not sure what email you used? Open the ArcSite app, tap the Account icon, and go to Profile & Settings > Profile Info. Your account email will be listed there. You'll need it to log into the ArcSite user site below.
Option A — Check the ArcSite User Site
Go to user.arcsite.com and log in using your ArcSite account email.
Click your email in the top-right corner and select Subscriptions.
The page will display whether your subscription is managed through ArcSite directly, Apple, or Google Play.
Option B — Check Your Apple ID
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Look for ArcSite in the list.
Note: If ArcSite does not appear in your Apple Subscriptions list, you either did not commit to a plan during signup (no charge will occur), or you are subscribed through ArcSite directly or Google Play — confirm via Option A.
Understanding the 14-Day Free Trial
When you first download ArcSite from the Apple App Store, you may be prompted to select a subscription plan as part of setup. Here's what to know:
If you selected a subscription plan during signup:
Your 14-day free trial begins immediately.
At the end of the 14 days, your Apple ID will be automatically charged at the plan level you selected — unless you cancel from Apple at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
ArcSite will appear in your Apple Subscriptions list.
If you did not select a subscription plan during signup:
You still get 14 days of access.
You will not be automatically charged when the trial ends.
ArcSite will not appear in your Apple Subscriptions list.
When the trial expires, your account will be locked until you choose and pay for a plan.
⚠️ Important: If you are in the free trial without a committed plan and you later open the in-app subscription screen and select a plan, you will be charged immediately. Apple treats this as an intent to purchase, not the start of a new trial.
How to Cancel Your Apple Subscription or Trial
Apple requires all cancellations to be done through Apple — ArcSite cannot cancel on your behalf.
To cancel on iPhone or iPad:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap ArcSite.
Tap Cancel Subscription (scroll down if needed).
✅ If you see a red expiration date instead of a Cancel button, your subscription is already canceled and will not renew.
To cancel on a computer: Visit Apple's Manage Subscriptions page and follow the steps there.
Cancellation deadline for trials: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends to avoid being charged.
How to Request a Refund from Apple
ArcSite has no ability to initiate or override refunds for App Store purchases. All refund requests must go directly to Apple.
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID.
Find the ArcSite charge in your purchase history.
Select the charge and follow the prompts to submit your refund request.
Apple will review your request and notify you of their decision.
🚨 Important: Apple only processes refunds within 90 days of a charge. Requests older than 90 days will likely be declined, and ArcSite has no ability to override Apple's refund decisions.

Sign in with Apple vs. Email and Password
When signing up for ArcSite, you may have used Sign in with Apple or created an account manually with an email address and password. If you are not receiving password reset emails, cannot locate your subscription, or are not seeing your drawings, confirming which method you used is a good first step.
How to check if you used Sign in with Apple for ArcSite:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID account name at the top of the screen.
Scroll down to Sign in with Apple.
Look for ArcSite in the list.
If ArcSite appears here, you created an account and signed in using Sign in with Apple. The email shown is the exact address tied to your ArcSite account. Continue to use the Sign in with Apple button to log in. If you need support locating your account, share that email with our team at support@arcsite.com.
If ArcSite does not appear here, you created your account manually using an email address and password. Use the Forgot Password option on the ArcSite login screen, or contact us and we can assist with a password reset.
💡 Not sure what email you used for manual sign-up? Open the ArcSite app and go to Account > Profile & Settings > Profile Info to find the email on file.
Features Requiring a Direct ArcSite Subscription
The following features require a direct ArcSite subscription. If you are currently subscribed through the Apple App Store and want to use any of these, you will need to switch to direct online payment:
Adding a company logo
Adding company info
Adding team members / managing multiple seats
How to Switch from Apple App Store Billing to Direct ArcSite Payment
🚨 Important: Switching to direct billing does NOT automatically cancel your Apple App Store subscription. You must cancel through Apple separately or you will be charged by both Apple and ArcSite at the same time. ArcSite cannot refund Apple charges.
Step 1 — Switch to online payment through ArcSite
Go to user.arcsite.com/app/subscribe and log in.
Click the blue Switch to Online Payment button.
Follow the prompts to complete your payment.
💡 Your existing plans and drawings will not be impacted when you switch.
Step 2 — Cancel your Apple subscription
After completing Step 1, cancel through Apple immediately to avoid being double billed:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions, then tap ArcSite.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
✅ Once canceled, you will see a red expiration date instead of a Cancel button, confirming the subscription will not renew. ArcSite cannot complete this step for you. For reference: support.apple.com/en-us/118428
⚠️ After switching — if you still do not see the ability to add a company logo, company info, or other company-level features, email support@arcsite.com and let us know you recently switched from an Apple App Store subscription to a direct online subscription and need to be converted from an individual account to a company account. Our team will take care of that for you.
"Delete Account" Does Not Cancel Your Subscription
Within ArcSite's profile settings, there is a Delete Account option. This is a separate action and does not cancel your Apple subscription.
Using Delete Account removes your data from ArcSite's system permanently.
It will not stop future Apple charges.
Always cancel through Apple first, then use Delete Account if you want to remove your records.
Still Have Questions?
If you need help determining your subscription status or have questions about your ArcSite account, chat with us directly through the ArcSite app or email support@arcsite.com.
For Apple billing or refund issues, contact Apple Support directly at support.apple.com — they are the only ones who can make changes to your App Store subscription.
