Within your profile settings within your ArcSite account you will see an option that is called "Delete Account".

๐จThis path does not have any control or connection to your subscription with Apple/Google Play. Using the Delete Account action will not cancel your subscription with Apple or Google and you may still be charged.
This option is intended to hard delete your records from the ArcSite system to be compliant with GDPR and CCPA. Completing this action will auto close you out from the app permanently.
This option should only be used AFTER you've settled any subscription cancelations, refund requests, or edits to your subscription with Apple/Google Play.
