Overview
Use this article to create your ArcSite account, understand where to manage your account versus where to draw, and download the mobile app so you can start your 14-day free trial.
Steps
Go to ArcSite.com and select Sign Up.
Follow the signup prompts and enter your basic information. This information customizes your account setup.
After signing up, you're automatically started on a free trial with full access to the ArcSite suite of features for 14 days. For managing your trial, see this guide.
The ArcSite User Site vs. the Mobile App
ArcSite has two parts, and each one has a different job.
The ArcSite User Site (user.arcsite.com) is where you sign up and manage your account from a web browser. Use the User Site for account administration, including billing and subscription settings, adding or managing users, and company-level setup. You'll also build your product library and create proposal templates from the User Site.
The mobile app (available on iOS, Android, and Windows) is where you do the actual work. Use the app to create drawings, take measurements, and build out your projects in the field.
💡Tip: You sign up, manage your account, build your product library, and set up proposal templates from the User Site, but you draw from the mobile app. Most users move between both regularly.
Download the App
Once you’ve configured your account you can download the app, log in to your account, and start drawing!
You can download the app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the Microsoft Store or scan the QR code to begin your download.
