Summary
The process to unsubscribe differs depending on where you signed up/how you are paying. First, we will cover what to do if you are subscribed through the Apple App Store, then we will cover how to unsubscribe if you are paying through our internal payment channel.
Unsubscribe/Cancel - Apple
Apple requires that you cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store on your Apple device, or through iTunes on your computer. To cancel your ArcSite subscription via the Apple App Store, follow these steps:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions from the menu.
Locate and tap on the ArcSite subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll down to find this option). If you see an expiration date in red instead of a Cancel button, your subscription has already been canceled and will not renew.
Steps for Requesting a Refund
If you purchased the wrong version of ArcSite or need a refund for another reason, you can request it through Apple’s refund process:
Visit Apple’s Report a Problem website.
Sign in with your Apple ID.
Locate the ArcSite subscription in your purchase history.
Follow the prompts to request a refund. Apple will review your request and notify you of their decision.
If you are unsubscribing during the initial 14-day free trial, please reference our article on Canceling your Trial above. If you have any questions or need help canceling your subscription and turning off auto-renewal from the App Store or iTunes, contact Apple Customer Support. Because Apple processes all transactions made through the App Store, ArcSite support cannot:
Issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Modify or cancel subscriptions purchased through the App Store. For any issues related to billing or subscription management, you must use Apple’s tools and processes.
