The process to unsubscribe differs depending on where you signed up/how you are paying. First, we will cover what to do if you are subscribed through the Apple App Store, then we will cover how to unsubscribe if you are paying through our internal payment channel.
Unsubscribe - Apple
Apple requires that you cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store on your Apple device, or through iTunes on your computer.

If requested, log in using the same email address and password you use to sign up in the app
Tap on the Unsubscribe button in the Cancel Subscription section
