Managing your ArcSite Trial

How ArcSite's 14-day free trial works, how to check if you signed up through Apple, Google Play, or ArcSite directly, and how to cancel before you're charged.

Summary

ArcSite is a subscription-based app and requires that you choose and commit to purchasing a specific subscription level as part of the initial use/sign up process. You are entitled to a 14-day free trial.

Confirm how you signed up before your trial ends. If you signed up through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that platform will automatically enroll you in a paid subscription once your 14-day trial ends unless you cancel first. Check user.arcsite.com under Subscriptions to confirm whether your subscription is managed through ArcSite directly, Apple, or Google Play.

ArcSite provides a free 14-day trial that starts when you finalize the sign-up process. This allows you to try it out and decide if it is worth paying for before you actually do.

As long as you unsubscribe prior to the end of the 14-day trial, you can cancel at any point and not be charged.

Once the trial period ends, you must subscribe to a paid ArcSite plan to continue using the app. Free editing or usage is not available after the trial expiration.

Note – The free trial is for 14 consecutive days immediately following registration, not the first time you use the app. To maintain access to ArcSite after the trial, you need to choose and subscribe to one of the available paid plans. These plans can be reviewed and selected directly within the app or on the ArcSite website.
