ArcSite + My Salesman

ArcSite Integration / Configuration

Customers that use My Salesman as their estimating platform may wish to have lead and map information populated directly into ArcSite.

My Salesman Configuration Instructions

  1. Check to see if the ArcSite integration has been enabled for your account. If the ArcSite option isn’t available on the myBusiness Integration page, it may need to be enabled by mySalesman Support first. Please contact support for assistance with this.

  2. Obtain your API key from ArcSite account settings.

    1. Log in to your ArcSite account.

    2. In the top menu banner, click on Settings. On the left panel, select Developers | API tokens. Click the “Generate new token” button. Enter a description (such as “mySalesman” and click OK.

    3. Copy the API key. If you don’t copy at this point, you’ll have to regenerate a new key.

    4. Back on the mySalesman Integrations page, paste in your API token. Then type in the email address that you use to log in to ArcSite with. Click Save.

Sending Budget Quotes to ArcSite

You can send specific budget quotes to ArcSite using the ArcSite button. The ArcSite button can be found in two places:

  1. On the myReports page:

  2. On the Budget Quote page:

Click on the ArcSite button to send the budget quote to ArcSite.

Once the budget quote is uploaded, you should see a Success message.

Any budget quote that has been sent to ArcSite changes the button icon. Instead of a “cloud upload” icon, you’ll see an “open in new window” icon.

Click on this button to open the project in ArcSite. You’ll see the budget quote drawing with full budget information. The project name will be in the format LastName-City-BudgetID.
