Keeping the ArcSite version you are running up to date provides multiple advantages. In addition to gaining access to any new feature or enhancements, the latest version of the app will also include any bug fixes and OS compatibility changes.
Determine the iOS app version
From the home screen, tap the blue profile icon located on the home page.
In the Profile and Settings window, locate the version number listed. You can use that information in conversations with ArcSite support or your end users to help troubleshoot any active issues. To ensure you have the latest version, visit the App Store (for iOS).
