"Get Templates Failed" Error Message

When uploading your work to the ArcSite cloud, you can encounter a number of error messages.

In this article, the "Get Templates Failed" message is explained and potential solutions offered.

Issue #1

The version of your local work has been deleted from the cloud account by another account. In this situation, your local version of the work cannot be uploaded as the cloud version of the folder is no longer available.


Make a copy of the local work to a new or another existing project and then upload the drawing from the other project folder.
