The Proposal Table View
Updated over a week ago

The Proposal Table View displays proposals you've created in a table format, along with relevant properties, like who created them, their status, and the timing of the last activity. Use the Proposal Table View to easily view and search for proposals and track their progress.

FAQs

Which proposals show up on this page?

All proposals created through the Create Proposal workflow will be displayed. This includes newly created proposal drafts, proposals that have been emailed to customers, and digitally approved proposals.

Proposals exported from the app as a PDF will only be listed if the proposal was signed on your device using the Signature field.

I created a proposal but don't see it on this list. Are there any proposals that do not show up here?

Proposals exported from the app as a PDF will not be listed if the proposal was not signed using the Signature field.

Why do some proposals have a grey icon that says PDF next to them?

This icon indicates that the proposal in question was exported from the app as a PDF file and signed using the Signature field. You will notice that when you click on the proposal, it will download the PDF, whereas clicking on other proposals (created using the Create Proposal workflow) will open the digital proposal draft or sent/finalized proposal.
