Using ArcSite's eSignature feature is straightforward, making it a more efficient and a seamless alternative to juggling multiple tools. With just a few clicks, you can add enable signature fields directly in your Proposals and send them off for signing—all within the ArcSite platform. There's no need to export files or use third-party applications; everything is managed in one place, saving you time and reducing errors. Plus, the eSignature feature ensures that all signatures collected are legally binding, giving you the confidence that your agreements are secure and compliant. This streamlined process not only simplifies your workflow but also accelerates the signing process, helping you close deals faster.

Step 1. Send Proposal to your client
1. To begin, sign into ArcSite on the Web and click on a Project.
On tablets, tap the Create Proposal button
2. Then, click Create Proposal.
3. Select a drawing to use in the Proposal
4. Then, click on "Create".
5. Edit your Proposal then click Send to Customer
6. Next, click on "Send".
7. Proposal has now been sent to the client for signature
Step 2. Client signature
1. Ask the Client to open their email and click on "View Proposal".
2. After reviewing the Proposal, click on "Sign & Approve".
3. Click on "View & Sign Proposal".
4. Then, click on "I Consent to do Business Electronically".
5. Once that's done, click Start to begin signing.
6. Afterwards, click on "Sign".
7. Click on "Finish".
8. Lastly, click on "Close".
Step 3. Sign as the sales representative (optional)
Some Proposal templates may include a signature field for the sales representative (ArcSite user) to sign.
1. To start, open the Proposal and click Sign by Sales.
2. Click on "I Consent to do Business Electronically".
3. After that, click on "Start".
4. After that, add your signature.
5. Click on "Sign".
6. Click on "Finish".
7. Click on "Close".
Step 4. View Proposal Statuses
Navigate to Proposals tab to view individual Proposal statuses.
