Customizing your Output with ArcSite Templates

Learning about how the Template Builder can quickly create any type of output for your customers, team members, and trade partners.

Updated over a year ago

ArcSite allows you to create templates to define how your outputs (Proposals, Contracts, Material Lists, etc.) will appear when you use them within a live project. You can choose from pre-built examples or start from scratch to create your own.

Key Points to Remember:

  • You can create as many templates as you want.

  • You can use as many templates as you want within a project. (Example: you have a template for a customer-facing proposal another for the team that contains field data and customer info, and another that is for your material takeoff.)

  • Once you've published a template, it will then be available for use within a project.

  • Once you've published a template, it can't be edited. You'll need to duplicate the published template, and then edit the newly duplicated template and delete the old.
