Issue
You log in and your Project folders are there, but the drawings inside them are missing.
Common Causes
You're accessing the app on a new or second device.
You deleted and reinstalled the app.
If you're on a new or second device
When you sign in on a different device, ArcSite only shows drawings that were published to the cloud from your original device.
Go back to your original device.
Open each drawing and publish it to the ArcSite cloud.
Log in on the new device. Published drawings will now sync and appear.
Note: Drawings only sync across devices if they were published to the cloud.
If you deleted and reinstalled the app (or the cause is unclear)
Drawings are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes all local storage. Reinstalling the app does not restore that local storage. If a drawing was never published to the cloud, deleting the app deletes that drawing for good, and reinstalling won't bring it back.
Confirm the drawings weren't created on another device before assuming they're gone. Check any other device you've used with ArcSite, and check whether the drawings were published to the cloud.
If the drawings were only ever on the device where the app was deleted and reinstalled, and they were never published, there is no way to recover them.
Email support@arcsite.com to confirm whether the drawings exist anywhere in your account.
Important: ArcSite cannot guarantee recovery of a deleted drawing. If a drawing was never published to the cloud before the app was deleted and reinstalled, that drawing is not recoverable.
Preventing This
Publish drawings to the cloud regularly. This is what makes a drawing accessible on other devices and recoverable if the app is deleted and reinstalled.
Keep the app updated. Use the latest version of ArcSite to avoid known bugs.
Publish before uninstalling or reinstalling. Confirm every drawing is published to the cloud before you remove the app, since unpublished drawings will be lost even if you reinstall afterward.
