How to manually or automatically show measurement/dimensions

Display measurement labels on specific lines, walls, or measure the distance between any two points on your canvas.

Method 1: Automatic Dimensions (For Lines & Walls)

Use this method to quickly add dimensions to existing elements.

  1. Tap Select on the toolbar.

  2. Select the line or wall segment you want to measure.

  3. Tap Add Dimensions.

    • On iOS: This button is located in the center bottom toolbar.

    • On Android and Windows: This button is located in the lower-left toolbar.

  4. The measurement will automatically appear between the two arrows on the selected object.

Method 2: Manual Measurement (Using the Measure Tool)

Use this method to measure between any two objects or points on your drawing.

  1. Tap Measure Tool on the toolbar.

  2. Select Distance.

  3. Tap the starting point on your canvas.

  4. Drag to the ending point or object.

  5. The measurement will appear as a dimension line on your canvas.

Tips

  • To measure every line in your drawing simultaneously, select all objects first, then tap Add Dimensions.

  • You can adjust dimensions after adding them by selecting the dimension line and modifying the properties in the side panel.
