Workflow Guide

Goal: Update the payment method and billing details on your ArcSite account.

Steps โ€“ Web

  1. Open the ArcSite User Site and sign in to your account.

  2. Select your profile email in the upper right corner to open the menu, then choose Subscription.
    โ€‹
    โ€‹

    • You will see your current plan, billing cycle, and next billing date.
      โ€‹
      โ€‹

  3. In the Credit Card section, select Update.
    โ€‹
    โ€‹

  4. Enter the new card details and billing address.
    โ€‹
    โ€‹

    • List the billing information as you want it to appear on invoices.
      โ€‹
      โ€‹

  5. Select Save to apply the changes.

    โ€‹

Steps โ€“ App

  1. Open the ArcSite app on your device.

  2. From the homepage tap the profile icon in the bottom left corner.

    โ€‹

  3. Select Plans and Pricing.
    โ€‹
    โ€‹

  4. This opens the Manage Subscription page with the same interface as the web version.

    โ€‹

  5. Follow the same steps as above to update and save your payment method.
    โ€‹

Tip: Only Account Owners or users with billing access can update payment details. If you do not see the Subscription option or the Update button, ask your admin to grant billing permissions.

FAQs and Troubleshooting

I do not see the Subscription page.

You might be signed in with a user that does not have billing access. Sign out and sign back in with an Account Owner or a user who has billing permissions.

My card was declined.

Confirm the card number, expiration, CVC, and postal code match the card issuerโ€™s records. If the issue persists, contact your bank to authorize the charge and try again.

The company name or address on my invoice is incorrect.

Return to the Update screen in the Credit Card section and edit the billing name and address.

We pay by invoice or ACH and need to change payment method.

If your account is set up for invoice or ACH billing, contact ArcSite Support to review available options for changing payment methods.
