Keeping the ArcSite version you are running up to date provides multiple advantages. In addition to gaining access to any new feature or enhancements, the latest version of the app will also include any bug fixes and OS compatibility changes.
Determine the iOS app version
From the home screen, tap on the Settings icon located at the bottom left corner of the screen.
The resulting Settings dialog will have a field called App Version. You can use that information in conversations with ArcSite support or your end users to help troubleshoot any active issues.
