Follow these step-by-step instructions on how to begin using the layer functionality on your canvas.
1. Click the layer icon from your top menu.
2. Click the + button in the top right to add a new layer.
3. Be sure to name each of your layers by tapping on the default layer name to edit.
Tip: The active layer name is always shown in the upper left of the canvas so you know which layer you're working within. So it is important to have easy-to-identify names for your layers as you create them.
4. Use the lock icon to block accidental editing to a layer. The light bulb icon is used to toggle which layers you wish to show on your canvas.
