ArcSite App Updates

At ArcSite, we are constantly working to improve our mobile app and provide the best experience for our users. This means that our engineers are always making updates, improvements, and bug fixes to the app. In order for these changes to be available to our users, we must publish a new version of the app to the app store.

However, before the new version can be released to our users, it must first be approved by Apple. This process can take some time, as Apple has strict guidelines and standards for app updates. Once the new version is approved, it is then tested to ensure that it is functioning properly before being released to our users.

We understand that app updates can sometimes be frustrating, but they are necessary in order to provide the best experience for our users. That's why we strongly encourage all of our users to enable automatic app updates for ArcSite. This will ensure that you are always on the latest version of the app, and it usually solves most of the tickets and issues that we receive after a new update.

💡Enabling automatic app updates is easy. Simply go to your device's settings, find the ArcSite app, and toggle on the automatic updates option. This will ensure that you never miss an important update and can continue using ArcSite without any interruptions.

This article explains how to enable automatic updates for your iPhone and iPad, so your devices can patch apps automatically, install the latest version of apps and games, and sync new purchases across all your devices from a single download. These instructions apply to iPads running iPadOS 13 and up and iPhones using iOS 9 and later.

How to Turn On the Automatic App Updates Feature

The automatic app update feature eliminates the need to download dozens of updates on each of your devices. After you turn it on, your iOS devices download updates to any apps as they become available.

  1. Open the Settings app.
