Trim and Extend Tools

Clean up your work by removing gaps between lines and trimming off unwanted parts of lines

Trim will remove unwanted end parts of a segment, beyond where two segment connect. To trim create a path by dragging your finger across the object you want to trim.

Note – You can trim more than one object at a time

Extend to connect/bring two segment together.

Do so by dragging your finger across both segments you want to connect.

While the video below shows an older version of trim and extend where they were available from the same mode, the actual trim and extend behaviors are still the same.
