Important Information Before You Start

Please note the following limitations before proceeding:

  • Not for SSO/SAML Users: This process does not apply to users who sign in via Single Sign-On (SSO) or SAML.

  • Not for Social Logins: You cannot change your email if you sign in using Apple or Google.

  • Old Email Address: For security reasons, once you change your email, the old address cannot be immediately used to create a new account.

  • Security Alert: A security notification will be sent to your old email address after the change is complete.


Step-by-Step Guide to Changing Your Email

  1. Navigate to Your Profile: Log in to your ArcSite account and go to your User Profile or Account Settings section.

  2. Select "Update Address": Find and click on the option to change your email address.

  3. Enter and Verify New Email: Enter your desired new email address. A verification email will be sent to this new address.

  4. Check Your Inbox: Open the inbox for your new email address and find the verification message from ArcSite. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

  5. Confirm the Change: Click the verification link inside the email to confirm the change.

  6. Confirmation: Once confirmed, your account email will be updated. You will now use this new email address to log in to ArcSite.
