The Enterprise Admin Console is a centralized hub for managing your organization's ArcSite account. It provides tools for administrators to oversee users, control permissions, and ensure efficient collaboration across different teams and departments.

The Enterprise Admin Console is designed primarily for enterprise administrators—senior users responsible for managing and overseeing the entire organization’s operations:

  • Organization Admins: Individuals responsible for managing the ArcSite account for their entire organization.

  • IT Admins: Individuals responsible for managing user access and permissions within the organization.

  • Operations VPs: Individuals who need to oversee and manage multiple sub-companies within the organization.

What is it used for?

Company Management

  • Company Data Handling: View, update, and edit company details to ensure that organizational information remains current and accurate

  • License and Seat Monitoring: Track license usage and seat allocations for each company, ensuring that your organization stays within its subscription limits and can plan for growth

Employee Management

  • User Account Administration:

    • Add new accounts individually or in bulk, with options to import data via spreadsheets for efficiency

    • Manage user account details

    • Manage the user account credentials

    • Deactivate or remove account from your organization

  • Project and Asset Management:

    • Transfer project ownership between employees, including handling critical assets such as unpublished drawings
