ArcSite Payments and Quickbooks Integration

ArcSite Payments integrates with QuickBooks online to provide a seamless flow from digital proposal acceptance and payment to invoice and ArcSite to QuickBooks.

Prerequisites

  1. The ArcSite to QuickBooks integration is setup. Read more about the ArcSite QuickBooks Sign up process here.

  2. The integration requires you to use a QuickBooks Online account, QuickBooks Desktop versions are not supported.

What the Integration Provides

  1. A QuickBooks invoice is created when an ArcSite proposal has been approved.

  2. If there is no current QuickBooks customer, the integration will create one using the client information from ArcSite

  3. When any payment is collected through ArcSite, the payment information is pushed into QuickBooks.
