How the ArcSite Jobber integration with Jobber works

After establishing a connection to Jobber in ArcSite, users will have access to the following integration functionalities:

  • Automatically creating an ArcSite Project when a Client is created in Jobber

  • Adding collaborators to a Project when a Request created in Jobber

  • Pushing ArcSite Drawing Data to Jobber Quote

Automatically Create an ArcSite Project when Client is created in Jobber

After linking Jobber to ArcSite, any client created in the Jobber account will automatically generate an associated project in ArcSite.

ArcSite Project Naming Rule

In Jobber, the Client has the objects Primary Name and Secondary Name. ArcSite will use these Primary Name and Secondary Name objects to generate the Project Name in ArcSite:{Primary Name} - {Secondary Name}

How ArcSite links a Jobber Client to an ArcSite Project

Adding collaborators to a Project when a Request created in Jobber

Whenever a Request for the associated Client is created in Jobber, ArcSite will add the assigned team users as collaborators to the ArcSite Project.

Pushing ArcSite Drawing Data to a Jobber Quote

After completing the association between the Jobber Client and Project, Users can push drawing data to Jobber Quote from within the Arcsite app interface. When a user clicks the Export button in the app, a Do you want to push this proposal to Jobber? pop-up appears, if user selects Yes, it will trigger the push.

Users can also trigger the push on from the ArcSite user site using the Send to Jobber button located on the Drawing Takeoff & Estimate tab for that project drawing.

Once the push is successful, a Quote will be created in Jobber.

The exported Proposal PDF will also be attached to the Quote in the Quote Note.
