The Additional Information section will display your Additional Data Fields created on the ArcSite user site (go to the Additional Data Fields tab).

Here you are able to customize which Additional Data Fields you wish to display on the customer-facing proposal. (You may wish to keep some information or selections only visible to your team internally).

To edit which Additional Data Fields you wish to hide, select “Formatting Options”.

Select "+ New Item" and enter in the name of the Additional Data Field that you wish to hide from the customer-facing proposal. (Note: You will need to hide the fields one at a time)
