Forgotten Password - Reset Process via Mobile or Web
Known Password - Update your password yourself via the Web App
Admin Access - Update the password of a teammate
Forgotten Password
Mobile:
When logged out of the app on your mobile device, by default you will be presented with the login page. From here, simply tap the Forgot Password? button below the password field and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Web Application: https://user.arcsiteapp.com/#/login
When logged out, by default you will be presented with the web login page. From here, simply tap the Forgot Password? Click Here button below the login button and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Known Password
If you know your password but want to change it, follow these quick steps:
1. Access your account via the web application:
2. Click on your email in the top right of your screen.
3. Then click Profile & Settings
4. Next, click Reset Password and follow the prompts
Admin Access
If you have admin-level access to your account you can manage Access Level and Password reset for your teammates. Follow these quick steps:
1. Log in to your Admin User Access Menu. Click Here
2. Next, locate your user section and hover over your actions menu for the employee you wish to update.
