Quick Ways to Manage Your ArcSite Password
Forgotten Password – Reset your password via the app or the ArcSite User Site.
Known Password – Update your password using the ArcSite User Site.
Admin Access – Reset a company account password.
Forgotten Password
From the App Itself:
When logged out of the app on your mobile device, you’ll see the login page by default. Simply tap Forgot Password? below the password field and follow the prompts to reset your password.
From the web based ArcSite User Site: ArcSite Login
When logged out, you’ll see the login page. Click Forgot Password? Click Here under the login button, then follow the prompts to reset your password.
Known Password
If you know your password and want to change it, follow these steps:
From the App (iOS, Android, Windows):
On the Home Screen, tap the Settings icon in the lower left corner
Tap on the Profile option
On the Security Settings options click Reset Password and follow the prompts.

From the web based ArcSite User Site:
Go to the ArcSite Web Application and log in.
Click on your email in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Profile & Settings.
On the Security Settings options click Reset Password and follow the prompts.
Admin Access
If you have admin-level access, you can manage access levels and reset passwords for your team members:
Log in to the Admin User Access Menu.
Locate the user section, hover over the Actions menu for the employee whose password you wish to update, and select the appropriate action.
