Issue:

Sometimes a user's scale suddenly seems different than normal and is either much larger or smaller than what they were used to.

This almost always occurs because the scale was changed and the new scale became the default scale for future drawings.

Luckily it is a very simple fix. You just need to calibrate an existing drawing or a new drawing. Moving forward, your new scale will be the default.
