Mark proposals as Lost or Void to keep your records accurate. Lost proposals are deals you didn't win. Void proposals are deals that were canceled or are no longer valid. You can now void proposals that have been partially paid.

Step-by-Step
Open the proposal you want to mark as Lost or Void.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
Select Mark as Lost or Mark as Void.
Confirm your selection.
Tips
Proposals marked as Lost or Void remain in your project for reference and reporting.
You can void proposals even if they have partial payments recorded.
Use Lost for competitive bids you didn't win. Use Void for canceled or invalidated proposals.
You can reactivate a Lost or Void proposal by opening it and changing its status back to Active.
Troubleshooting
If you can't mark a proposal as Lost or Void, check that you have edit permissions for the project. Fully paid proposals cannot be marked as Voidâyou'll need to adjust the payment status first.
