Overview
While you're working on a drawing in ArcSite, you can fill out Field Data questions that your admin has set up for your company. These capture project-level details — site conditions, access notes, inspection findings — that flow into your proposal and any connected reports.

Steps
From your open drawing, tap the Reports icon in the top menu bar.
From the dropdown, tap Report Inputs.
In the Report Setup window, select the Field Data tab on the left side.
Fill out the fields. Required fields are marked so complete those before generating your proposal.
Your responses are saved automatically as you go.
Tips
You can return to Field Data at any point during the job, you don't have to fill it all out at once.
If a field your admin set up isn't showing, it may be assigned to a different group. Scroll down to check.
Field Data answers appear in the Additional Information section of your proposal output, and may control which sections appear based on your company's Conditional Text settings.
If you don't see a Field Data tab at all, your admin may not have set up any fields yet. Ask your office administrator.
