Managing Your Proposal Templates
Updated over a year ago

Summary:

Once you’ve created one custom template, you may find the need for more. You can create as many custom templates as you like. It may help to make a copy of an existing template so you don’t have to start from scratch.

Duplicating Templates:

First, find the template you want to make a copy of, then open the Actions menu and click Duplicate. You will be prompted to give a name to your new template. Click OK and your new template will appear, ready to be edited.

  • To permanently remove a template, open the Actions menu and click Delete Template. You will be prompted to confirm by clicking Delete.

  • If you find you need to edit or archive a published template, we recommend first making a duplicate, which saves a copy of the template as a draft and removes it from use in the app. Then you may make any changes necessary and “re-publish” the copy at any point.

Additional Notes:

Some companies may have custom-made templates that predate the interactive template builder. Unfortunately in this case, these custom templates are not editable by customers. If you have further questions on editing these proposal templates, please get in touch with our Customer Success team.
