Wisetack will send you and your customers email updates when your customer is approved for financing and when they accept their preferred terms. You can also log in to the Wisetack merchant portal for detailed, real-time information on loan applications.
Note that approvals in the home services industry are valid for 90 days, and the application will expire if left unconfirmed. But don't worry! Your customer can always reapply later if the window is missed.
